The Beatles announced June 20 that “The Beatles: Eight Days a Week – the Touring Years,” Ron Howard’s authorized and highly anticipated documentary feature film about The Beatles’ phenomenal early career will premiere in U.S. theaters Sept. 16. The Beatles' announcement today said the U.S. theatrical release “will be an event driven experience with a few special surprises planned.”
The film will receive an all-star premiere in London Sept. 15. It will roll out premiere Sept. 15 in the UK, France and Germany, Sept. 16 in Australia and New Zealand and Sept. 22 in Japan. The film will become available to U.S. TV subscribers exclusively on Hulu starting Sept. 17. Apple Corps Ltd., Imagine Entertainment and White Horse Pictures also released the first trailer for the film today, which you can see on this page.
